unreal pool slow staff
the hotel location was great. i could walk everywhere.
The pool was not a real pool. It was advertised as one, but i was not allowed in it. the staff seemed slow, and the breakfast staff were rude when i arrived 10 minutes early. they refused to let me sit down, even just to have some orange juice that was already out.

faulty remote bathroom smell
the staff was acceptable, they answered my questions.
I had issues with the minibar, it was not refilled . the television remote in the room was missing a battery cover. I worried the batteries could fall out. the bathroom had a strange smell that i couldn't get rid of

inclusive mini bar clean room helpful staff great service
The room had a inclusive mini bar. I found the room very clean, what a joy. Staff helped me a lot and was always available. The hotel gave great service and I appreciate it so much.
The rooms feel slight small, and this can be a problem for some guests.

Breakfast includes many choices at the buffet. I saw made to order omelets available, what a treat. Seatings were spacious, so it was leisurely, and I could enjoy every minute.

The staff was very great and always available. I am happy to find the cooked options available to order, what a service. The hotel features an excellent breakfast and great bar at the roof.

superb location friendly staff complimentary minibar rooftop bar
The location was superb, providing easy access to key city attractions. The staff demonstrated really good friendliness and were attentive to all my needs. I was delighted by the complimentary minibar and the high-quality toiletries provided. The rooftop bar provided a lovely atmosphere and good food.
The daily cleaning service did not clean surfaces or remove used glasses.
